WHEELS for BMWs
BMW or Bavarian Motor Works is a German car manufacturer founded in 1917. BMW started out building engines for motorcycles and airplanes in the early 1920's. Soon following the end of the First World War BMW was forced to halt production on all aircraft manufacturing due to the Treaty of Versailles being put into place. The first BMW car was based loosely on the Austin 7, an early British car maker. The famous BMW logo was a combination of the blue and white colors on the flag of Bavaria. It is supposed to be a plane with white blades soaring through a blue sky.
The logo was first advertised in 1929. BMW could not decide which identity suited them best and struggled financially for many years due to indecision of what the company's main focus should be. They went back and forth between motorcycles and passenger vehicles until the early 1970's. This time proved to be a major turning point in the foundation and transition to mass producing cars. The first model BMW 3 series or the E21 was available in 1975 all the way to 1983. In 1977 the E21 was released with different variations mainly to the transmission and made its debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show, featuring a newly refined six cylinder 2.0 and 2.3 liter engines.
The next model 3 series was called the E30 which was sold and produced from 1982 to 1991. The base model price was double that of its compatriot the E21. This did not lose the interest of the loyal BMW customer base and the six cylinder 4 door automobile earned high marks. In 1985 the long awaited 325i and 325is were released with new disk brakes. During this time BMW was not sure if their focus on the performance aspect of their vehicles was going to pay off. They later figured out that it attracted a whole new breed of buyers which they never expected.
The first high performance BMW sports car was the M3 which was made to replicate the 1986 E-30 Series BMW. It came with a 2.3L engine. The car was raced in the World Touring Car Championship and proved to be very competent winning prestigious awards against the likes of Mercedes Benz Alfa Romeo, Ford, and Volvo. BMW's m3 not only exceeded expectations in performance it took the sports car to new heights. Over the years BMW has made minor cosmetic changes and of course a larger motor with more horsepower, new wheels, and upgraded interior packages.
Next to come was the 5 series BMW which released its first model in 1972 and continued on to 1981 which saw several models and continuous success. The 5 series was not regarded as a sports car, rather a luxury car with a sports car engine. As time passed BMW would soon expand their automotive empire into a thriving luxury brand. Since then BMW has continued to re innovate and re define the meaning of excellence in all of their automobiles. They have constantly made upgrades to all their models and have had continued success in doing so.
I've had an outstanding and wonderful experience driving my new 2012 3 series BMW. This car is unbelievably versatile and sporty. I wasn't sure what to expect with all the new features plus the refined size and style. I was pleasantly surprised on the unique upgrades this BMW offered. Not only was the pedal response quicker, but the car gripped the roads so well. I would often take my car on long road trips to several getaways throughout the beautiful state of California. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed driving my BMW up and down the coast. I took my family on several vacations to the mountains, deserts, and valleys with this car and always enjoyed myself.

The BMW x5 was the first performance SUV that BMW manufactured. The X5 was built to be a sport utility vehicle rather than a plain utility. The x5 comes with sport suspension for better handling and a beefy eight cylinder 4.4 liter engine. This car is quite pricy and does not come stock equipped with a lot of the features its competitors do have. The Acura MDX and Infinity FX35 are much cheaper and offer quite a bit of value and space. The BMW X5 is one of the best handling midsize crossovers you can purchase, this car does it all with combining aspects of the sedans and putting it into a small SUV. The X5 is spacious with unmatched ride quality. The third row seating and great for families with kids and short vacations.

Some of the wheels for 7 Series we offer come in burlwood, animal skin, black chrome and custom-matched to be exactly the same finish as your car. Because of these design considerations and that fact that our BMW 7 series wheels are larger than all of our other BMW rims, these wheels are very expensive and cost up to $10,000 per set.
